Actually had a good experience using the on-line chat support with Microsoft today. It was free, and actually fixed my problems (so far). I'm not a Microsoft basher, and it's nice to be able to report something good about their company every once and awhile!

I've used their on-line ticket reporting before, but this was the first time actually doing an on-line chat with a tech support representative. He was very courteous and made sure I understood what he was saying before I went and made the recommended system changes. Both times I've contacted Microsoft with a system program, they've been able to fix it.
